We respect human rights and have a goal to create a work environment that is positive and safe for all employees and that enables optimal performance. TESS has developed several comprehensive policies that set high standards of performance in the following areas and we implement them rigorously: Personnel Policy; Equal Opportunity Policy; Prevention of Harassment Policy; and the Work and Life Balance Policy. We do not employ, nor cause to be employed, forced or child labour and are committed to ongoing education and training of our people.

Community

Our engagement with our communities has two-core, related aspects. The first is the business side, where we are deeply committed to providing the best balance of local know-how and global best practice to our customers. In this we have sophisticated localization programmes supported by training, technology, systems, controls, mentoring and leadership that can ensure our global standards are met. The second is a broader social commitment to the growth and development of the communities where we work. Here we combine the energy and charity of our people and the resources of our company.
